Due to popular demand we have branched out from the norm of our cooking classes to cater to the world of TEA! It always amazes me how things evolve. One sandwich turned to two...and two became four...the spiral factor never ceases to amaze me...but oh how we love adding the gourmet taste to the quaintness and bonding of the perfect Tea. Sandwiches are no longer our only specialty. Ever heard of a Red Velvet Cake Truffle? Created and perfected by our lovely now-Le Cordon Bleu-grad, this truffle does more than melt in your mouth...and there are more flavors other than just the delectably decadent red to choose from. (
